Cancellation Policy
If you CANCEL/NO SHOW the day of your appointment, the card on file will be charged a cancellation fee. If you RESCHEDULE on the day of your appointment, a $25 charge will be applied towards your rescheduled appointment. If you cancel/reschedule WITHIN the 24 hour window a charge will NOT be applied.
ALL NO CALL/NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED A FEE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. If you confirm your appointment, pay in full, and do not come, that is a NO-SHOW.
I do not enjoy enforcing policy (I HATE IT), however if you do not communicate accordingly additional fees will be charged. You receive multiple emails and texts prior to your appointment. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!!
It takes very little effort to send a quick text to cancel/reschedule. I will never be upset if you can’t make it, even if you cancel the night before. Honestly! In all seriousness, you’ll be blessing the client that gets to take your opening. Life happens and sometimes things are out of your control, we completely understand. Remember, please cancel or reschedule ahead of time!!
